Debian Upside Down Screen Fix
« on: May 26, 2006, 12:05:18 pm »
Hello all,

Well at last I finally got debian to work, but the only catch is that my screen is upside down. I've searched around and I can't find a fix.

I'm running Pdaxrom 1.1.0beta3 on a sl-c760. Anybody know what I have to do to get landscape mode for debian.

Thanks,

Virtusrex

I dont know if this would apply... but have you tried the xrandr util...

do an
xrandr -o 0
xrandr -o 1
xrandr -o 2
xrandr -o 3

hopefully one of those will do the trick...

search here for debian.

You don't have to start the server that comes with pocketworkstation,
enable tcpip connection in startx, start the normal X server that comes with pdaxrom,
chroot /mnt/card/debroot set DISPLAY and start your applications from a terminal
