Lately I have had to log back into these forums every time I return.  It is supposed to keep me logged in all the time.  Is anyone working on a fix for this problem?  This is the only forum that does this to me so it has got to be a problem with the forum.

It might not be reading my cookie correctly when I return and then ends up resetting it when I log in again.  Could that be it?

Please fix it, it is very annoying.

I don't have any problems with firefox at all, it tracks me across three or four different computers

if using the fox, try deleting your cookie database, and/or playing with the "delete all cookies on exit" or something?

if using internet exploder, then shame on you! I note from my site stats that nearly two thirds of OESFers must be using 'fox as they form the most clicks on my site - take a look: http://extremetracking.com/open;sys?login=zaurus

--edit--
p.s. more of you should be running linux on the desktop - shame on you; may I humbly suggest if you really need windows, use a small vmware machine with the free vmware player.

I mostly use Mozilla/Suse 9.3. But it still burns my biscuits that my Linux pda (pmt?) does not sync in Linux without me installing some other PIM suite. Perhaps some users here sync their Zs then log into oesf without rebooting.

If your cookies are not the problem, you might try logging in, then bookmarking the page after you are logged in.
