Too bad Zautrix isn't still active with kdepim, I've been using google calendar and am able to sync with GroupWise and then syncing the ics file manually from google onto my Z. Unfortunately, it's not a 2-way sync. There is an API that google has that could be used to perform a two way sync with Google calendar http://code.google.com/apis/gdata/calendar.html
It'd be a nice enhancement and finally a way to sync for those Outlook users.

I have been using a solution involving a web based calendar app called thyme [a href=\"http://www.extrosoft.com/]http://www.extrosoft.com/[/url]
This software runs on my server and allows 2 way sync with my Zaurus .ics files and with my OS X apps (Sunbird works well) but OS X Calendar only does 1 way sync.
I haven't tested it with outlook and I haven't got a contacts solution (yet) but the beauty of this is that thyme runs on any web server and you don't have to subscribe to google and allow them to track your every meeting!
I would be happy to provide a free account on my server to anyone who wants to debug this a little. Also happy to put together a howto with some more details.
Thyme is proprietary software but it is pretty inexpensive and I already have a site licence at htttp://greenant.net/thyme
The only problem I have currently is a time shift due to timezone settings which I am trying to fix.
