No Question Mark In Abiword (pdaxqtrom)
« on: January 03, 2007, 05:27:22 am »
Hi,

I can´t believe I´m the only one, but I can´t find anything related in the forum.

I have installed the latest cacko and pdaxqtrom. Most things run fine, but there is no way I can enter a question mark "?" in abiword! It works in my aterm under X, it works in the konsole, but in abiword it does nothing as far as I can tell.

Any advice?

I think it's shift + / to give you "?" ... let me check ...

EDIT: Just tried ... its shift + "?." key ...  ... on my C1000 anyway ...

Believe or not, I had found the key with no problems,   but it does _nothing_ in abiword.
xev shows that a "?" is sent, it works in other applications including vim/nedit/aterm but not in abiword. I can insert a ? with insert->symbol, but that´s rather unsatisfying.

I reckon so!  ... I'll retry again in Abiword just to be sure.
