Does it move at all, or does it not move at all?

I wonder if there will be a kernel compiled for running rootfs off SD.
Thinking of booting Angstrom and Debian EABI on SD.
Thanks in advance!

Which old version will allow me to boot and create my own pointercal file?  I have tried everyone posted and either it never lets me log in or the pointer is all jumpy.

I did try using the numbers posted by another user, but the calibration is still too off on my device.

Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.

*** Things i am looking forward to seeing ***
1) Chinese support!!
Very important to me and all Chinese users: Chinese support.
I have yet to figure out how to add fonts and inputmethods. But there are already quite a number of Chinese locales in the feeds, so i suspect using Chinese shouldn't be impossible.

[...]

4) Development environment
Native toolchain and compilation environment: clear instructions, pointers, examples, how-tos, packaging guides.
Zdevil, thank you for your comments.

Contact me on the Chinese stuff, preferably on the mailing list which is also available via gmane.org.  I have been working on Japanese support and got a few things into OE.

I am also interested in Chinese support but I don't yet know much about it.  Unfortunately your hope that there already is some Chinese support because of the Chinese locales is shallow.  Those locales are built automatically.  To my knowledge there are as of now neither Chinese fonts in OE nor an input method.  It should not be too hard to get them in, though, and I'll be happy to commit them.

Feel free to report bugs and enhancement requests at the OE bug tracker.  Be sure to make them block bug 1094.

The dev docs you requested have been there since long and have been pointed out numerous times now.  The knowledge about them still seems to be not widespread, despite their prominent placement.  Please help spread the word.
