Taking A 3200 Apart Without Breaking It

i want to take my 3200 apart and install another drive in it and run a different distro wondering if i could change out drives install a different boot loader to let me dual but but lets me change out my harddrive when i want  or i this not possible i would still like the instructions on how to take it apart

64 mb sd card
512 mb sd card
128 mb compact flash
planex cf wifi card
4gb transcend compact flash and zaurus reconizes it

causle linux user
main laptop windows xp home

Taking the Z apart isn't hard so long as you have the right screwdriver. Replacing the microdrive supposidly isn't hard either, but you can't install another drive in addition to the one already in there (I can't tell if that's what you're asking or not). You can install uBoot to boot from flash, SD cards, and/or the internal drive and maybe the external one.

I don't think you would want to replace the internal MD on any regular basis, but if you want different distros at the same time, see above. There are instructions for the replacement floating around here somewhere...
