i didn't yet tried screen rotation (i mean physically rotating the screen) with debian eabi ! and it works just perfect and quickly (you'd say it's normal as i have angstrom kernel

but we now need a software keyboard to use the stylus

do you know one i can quickly install ?

Try xvkbd.

Screen rotation also works well with 2.6.31 yonggun

but it is not really easy to use we need something dockable to the icewm menu bar and perhaps more little. but perhaps all that is possible with xvkbd

you can dock xvkbd to the icewm bar. just add it to .icewm/toolbar.
