Pdaxii13 Install On C3100

Here is says that I need the updater from sally!?
Because Im out of the game for a year now... can someone give me links to the files I need for a Full HD install?
Im afraid to brick it or something...

full install to 5.4.9 uses the hdimage full tarball on the page you have linked above

upgrade to pdaxii13v2 is further down that same page

I know about the tgz.. I have problem with the update/init (boot) files... The page says to use the file from sally?!?
