I\'m using c860 with Cacko qtopia 1.20
Why in HancomSheet, NeoCal the result of function sqrt(2) is 2, sqrt(8) is 4, sqrt(32) is 8 and so on??

TIA,
Robert

PS. Sorry for my english

Yes, this is the Fast FPE emulator... It says it\'s \"less accurate than default\", bt I had NO idea it would be THAT MUCH inaccurate.

Eh ... no. Its not the new ROM. I have the old one, with Neocal installed. When I ask for the square root of 8, I get 3.

Unless I check the preferences and change the number of decimal places from the default zero to a more sensible number.

You checked that, I presume ..? ;o)

Possibly a combination of both?

Mike.

What NeoCal version do you use? I don\'t see thios option in mine (I have 1.4 free)

Also, I know that there IS indeed a problem with FastFPE - you get 4 for the square root of 8, which is obviousely NOT a rounding problem...
