Just a few notes.
Restarting Opie seems to loose the time, I think I read something about this on the mailing list.
The home key doesn\'t work, other than to switch on - so you can\'t switch to the desktop unless you use the \'start menu\' entry.
There\'s no escape key as far as I can tell. The two hardware buttons on the back of the unit, escape & enter, don\'t seem to be mapped to anything.
The little scroll wheel thingy on the back also doesn\'t seem to be mapped to anything.
Right hand shift key doesn\'t work. Though there is this thread, I\'ll do some digging: (

Is there any way to zoom in?
Mail button is mapped to screen rotate (fair enough, but seems a little odd).
Other than that it all seems good, I\'ve got Xqt up and running so I\'ve now got as much functionality as I had with pdaXrom, but with the added advantage of having the Qtopia/Opie apps available, plus decent power management - though I note that the pdaXrom battery meter seemed to be more accurate (it changed more often at least ;-)), has the accuracy patch been left out of the current shepherd 3.3.6pre1 kernel?
The little close and okay buttons on the top right hand side of the window title bars are very small. How do people with simpads get by? Actually ignore that, thinking about it I suppose there may be another theme I can install which will make them bigger.
Off to trawl the mailing list archive.....
