Probably the same issue I am experiencing: https://www.oesf.org/forum/index.php?showtopic=35233
Do you also get the unknown baseband in System Information?

hi Mith
I solve the problem thank the GOD
by executing the following:
1- I flash the latest Firmware  (Gemini x27 Android FOTA3 12/06/2018) from http://support.planetcom.co.uk/index.php/Gemini_Firmware

2- see the picture below

3- reboot the device fine half of the problem solved the Sim recognized as below picture

4- from Petefoth member he post her https://www.oesf.org/forum/index.php?showto...NVRAM+partition thanks a lot to him

5- I take the scatter txt file and modify it by WordPad as picturs below

6- then i restored the early backed up NVRAM0 by replacing the scatter txt file in the firmware folder as well as copy the NVRAM0 to the folder also and select the NVRAM0 by clicking nvram and check the box on flash tool as follow

then rebooted and finally my problem solved

When I insert a sim card in the sim card slot it does not detect it and just says no signal.

I have a x27 unit and in settings the option for sim 1 is greyed out. Only sim 2 can be switched on or off.  I had flashed the unit to quad boot as follows:
1. Android
2. Recovery
3. Sailfish OS
4. Debian

What should I do? I really need the sim to work otherwise the device is not worth keeping for me.

Please help!
