From his previous posts, I think he didn't want to wait for it to be repaired, but wanted a new one in exchange, i.e. he was expecting Planet to ship him a new Gemini, before even sending the faulty unit back.
Well,
As I said, I've waited really only a few days for an answer of Planet, and after this I've blocked Planet from my contacts. There is an reason for this :
Two days before my problem , I've contacted Planet via website to buy an external addon camera. They had answered me next day. And after some questions about shipping cost ( hello@planetcom.co.uk ) , they had answered me in the same day. After my problem ( 2 day after the previous contact ) , I've contacted Planet again about my problem ( hello@planetcom.co.uk and robin@planetcom.co.uk ) without answers. Contacted them again via website and received an answer that my question was closed and was being treated in another post. So when it matters they respond quickly. For this reason I think it was a tremendous lack of consideration of the Planet.
I hope no one here has this kind of problem.
But it's all right. I already donated my equipment to someone that will use it for repair parts. Thank you all.

Note2 :Whem I bought the gemini from Planet , I've paid Customs duties ( here in Brazil are too high - > 60% to 110% of ( price + shipping ).
Also I've paid additional shipping cost because I've asked Planet to ship to a forward service in UK ( SKYPAX ) and from there I've sent the gemini to Brazil ( additional shipping cost and Duties ). I did this to receive my device fast ( I've used DHL fastest shipping method from UK to Brazil ).
So, I've spent a lot of money for nothing.
But this is all gone.
I am ok now.
