There was lengthy discussion of Alien Dalvik, etc., on Gemini at today's Sailfish OS online community meeting. A transcript is here:

dep

Atari Portfolio (yes, it still works and yes, I bought it new)
Libretto 110 CT (with docking station and all kinds of PCMCIA stuff)
And, now, a Gemini and, fortunately, a GPD Pocket

I liked it when they said news will be "sooner than you expect"

Hopefully a full commercial build will be out soon! The communicator doesn't arrive till May(ish), so a few months with the full sailfish would be welcomed.

As an aside, I personally find sailfish much better than android as an OS. The main problem is lack of apps. If the commercial version helps people take the plunge, knowing they can still run app xyz, then bring it on.
