Since the Cosmo updates sent to backers can be freely viewed by anyone on the Cosmo Crowdfunding page, I presume quoting the updates should be ok, as long as the source is clearly specified.
Thus, for general convenience, I've copy-pasted the text from Update #11 below, as it followed after the MWC and contains some hardware information:
Dear Cosmo Backers,
This is our first update following Mobile World Congress, where the Cosmo received a lot of attention from press, visitors and backers. It was a pleasure meeting all the backers that came to our stand.
We are pressing on with the Cosmo delivery...
We have finalised the LTE band list for the Cosmo.
As it stands, and for certification, there will be 3 versions of the Cosmo:
JAPAN version:
LTE Bands:1/2/3/4/5/7/8/11/18/19/26/28A/28B/41/71
USA/EUROPE MAIN version:
LTE Bands: 1/2/3/4/5/7/8/12/17/19/20/25/41/66/71
USA/EUROPE Verizon version:
LTE Bands: 1/2/3/4/5/7/8/12/13/17/19/20/25/41/66
As you can see, we are supporting many more LTE bands than on the Gemini. For those backers that are concerned about Verizon, we have made specific version to support Verizon band 13. We are also supporting band 71 for T-Mobile USA customers.
We have opted for 3 different versions of the Cosmo
* Japan-specific version
* Europe/US main version
* Europe/US Verizon version
We are doing this in order to maximise the signal strength and to have good regional LTE band support - a larger common set of LTE bands on a single board would decrease the overall signal strength.
We will be asking backers to make their choice of PCB version closer to the first production run.
The initial Cosmo PCB production run is now in progress and we expect to see the fully populated versions of the Cosmo PCB in about 10 days.
This week, we are visiting our factory in China to progress many topics and firm up on the delivery schedule. We will be sending a further update early next week from the visit, including the delivery timeline.
