Android backup from phone

Hello, I would need to download android from a working phone and upload it to another. I feel like restoring imei, bt and wifi mac. I tried to generate a scatter file via wwr mtk (I added the cpu manually), but the file will probably be generated incorrectly. Does anyone have somewhere to download it please? Does anyone have a tip on how to use SP Flash Tool to download android from the phone or the error I'm getting now is because I have a bad scatter file? I also tried using the MTK Droid Tool, but the scatter file was not generated. Will I be able to use SN Writer to restore the imei and mac addresses? Does anyone have a tip on how to move it? Thanks
