Gemini PDA replacement

Here we are again in 2025 - hoping for better to come when Gemini was released but the Planet Computers seem to go havoc. My Gemini battery is sometimes suddenly dying and its Android is getting too old. So where are you (community) going now? I do not have a time any more to fiddle with devices, need something that works "out of the box". Any suggestions on what could replace the Gemini PDA?
