Outlook Versions & Sync (v1.43E 5500 version)

I know I should grow some and install a new ROM, but this one is working fine for me.  Question is this...I have Office 2000 at home and Office XP at work.  When I sync it up at work, I take it home and sync it.  Then I go back to work and re-sync and inevitably there are some conflicts.  It\'s like it never will sync up. Even when I always let the Zaurus win conflicts it doesn\'t sync.  Any experience with this sort of weirdness?

In the Intellisync manual it says that the Z can only be sync\'d with one computer using Intellisync.  FWIW, don\'t know if this is accurate, but that\'s what the manual says.
