6000L compatibility

I\'m debating about whether to buy a 5600 or 6000. I did a search and found one other topic about this, but this was not helpful. How well does the 6000 run software designed for the 5500 or 5600? How well do Doom and Exult, to name a few, run on the 6000? If the only real advantage is the screen, then I think I\'ll just buy the 5600.

One other thing. I\'ll be using it primarily for gaming, playing music, and a bit of notetaking. Browsing the forums, I read that the C860 was good. Any recommendations? The sky\'s the limit for cost, I was going to buy a new computer, but I\'m going with a Zaurus instead.

P.S. I too have had the problume with deceding wather to buy the sl-c860 or the sl-6000.

I have access to a 6000 and a c700. Its a tough choice between these two. Both have nice screens. The 6000 seems to be the one I am prefering, as the built in wifi allows me to use a cf card as I am networked. I can even imagine sticking in a cf wifi and using the 6000 as a router.

The c700 is a bit nicer for typing.
