OK, it looks like I may want the one accessory that I didn\'t buy. Can the headphones be removed from the controller (without surgery)? K is asking $37.50 +$6 shipping. I imagine that is a fair price. I noticed that he lowered the price of the 860 by $10 (of course a week after I purchased mine) to $665. I will pick mine up at the post office tomorrow. Yeah.

I think I understand you.
The remote control part is separate from the headphones, it\'s not inline.  The remote control goes in the Z and the headphones (or your own ones, I use Behringers) plug into the control.

Well worth it - and it now works with pdaXrom :-)
