I'm looking for a site to download python and other modules. Riverbank no longer supports python and an alternate site is given. But, there are no downloads. The alternate site is

The downloads are at
http://www.vanille.de/feed/python/armv4l-gcc2.95
or
http://www.vanille.de/feed/python/armv4l-gcc3.4
, depending on the ROM you use.

Yes, the downloads are easy to overlook but they do exist...
Anyway, in case someone needs/prefers to try the Python & PyQt IPKs from Riverbank, I have put up a page to download them from :
http://fredp.lautre.net/Z/
Also on there are binaries for those who want to try out a nice ELOG server on their Zaurus...

Thanks for the info.
I'm sorry if this is the stupid question.
I've Sl6000L with the sharp ROM. (Brand new, just out of the box).
Which mode of python should I use?
