I tried reformatting and repartitioning without any success.  I have no problems using this card in my 6000L.

Any ideas on what to try next?

I had similar problems.  I formatted it with a camera (of all things) at Walmart (using their display models) and it has worked fine since.

I had tried fdisking and reformatting with Linux and the Zaurus, but it wouldn't work.

The camera did the trick.

It has been three months now and it still works like a charm.  I had caused it by not unmounting the card one too many times before removing it.

In other words. . you knackered the FAT tables. I did this to a friends 1 gig card. Well, They pulled it out of their Ipaq while it was writing, which ruined the FAT table (Why the hell doesn;t his copy of WinPPC have an Unmount Drive icon???) Then my Z wrote a directory structure on top of the files. We managed to get a few jpegs and the first 3 seconds of "Guns and roses-Paradise city" off alive. LOL

Is there any way to fix this on a Z?  This looks like the problem I am having with my sd card but I don't have a camera to stick it into.

I have tried fdisk:  unable to read card
I have tried formatting, both on the Z and on a PC with a card reader:  not readable.

I would like to get this card working again.  Is there a way?
