Hi folks,
i only want to try out a new kernel, I have oz 3.3.5 at the mo,
can i just mount the area of flash that has the kernel in and put a new one there and reboot?

Hi,
you have to put just the kernel (zImage) on the CF Card and flash. It is quite the same procedure as flashing complete, but without initrd.bin on your CF Card. It is just faster.
