Model Comparison (not In Japanese ;))

hi

I've been looking for a model comparison page for a while now and all i coudl find was this:

Japanese model lineup
unfortunately i don't know enough japanese to read this

any idea where i can find an english version of this or something similar in english (or german)

I don't remember what site I got this from, but I put it in a MS Word format.

According to that chart, my 6000L has 128 MB of flash memory. Is that true? I thought it only had 64 MB. My System Info app shows even less (29696 KB).
