Zaurus SL differences

Does anybody know if  there is any difference between a uk SL5500 and a usa SL5500 apart from the keyboard that is. Reason is,  I want to move to 3.1 rom etc and this is only available from sharps usa site and is only supposed to be used with usa Zaurus\'s. :?

All the regionally adapted SL-5500 have the same hardware except the keyboard.
