I added this to my /etc/pcmcia/config file:

   card \"CompactFlash 10Base-T Ethernet\"
     version \"CompactFlash\", \"10Base-T Ethernet\", \"1.0\"
     bind \"pcnet_cs\"

AND NOW IT WORKS!!!  YAY!!!  

It didn\'t help the first time, but I left out a quote, duh.

I\'ve just received my Zonet ZCF1400 ethernet adapter, but my Zaurus 5600 does not recognize or seem to see it at all.  I\'ve searched on Google for a while and the best I can find is that I need to edit the /etc/pcmcia/config file.  I\'ve found this file, but I have no idea where to go from there.  Is there anyone who has this card working that can help?

My Zaurus 5600 is running the Kompany rom.

freenode.net would be great, I\'m already there in another LUG room!

Also, irssi is a great console based irc client and its been ported to the Zaurus, although I actually use my Zaurus to ssh to my home machine and use \'screen\' to attach to an already running irc client...

Accessories / 5500 & 5600 accessories compatibility

Is it safe to assume that if a device works with a Zaurus 5500 then it will also work with a Zaurus 5600?  My 5600 will be here tomorrow, and the only 802.11 card in town is an Ambicon WC1100B-CF at Best Buy.  I\'ve read that this card works fine with the 5500.
