Windows Issues / XP Professional ROM 3.13 Syncing

I'm having the same problems. How old is 3.13? and what versions should we be using?
zaurus manager 3.1
Qtopia 1.5.5
is what i'm running I used to not have a prob when using 3.1 but now i can't go back.

Help this NEWB PLZ
