Sorry, like I said I am new to this.  Sorry to offend you, What exactly do you mean by flash I followed the steps on the install page...   thanks I did reset Before I put the battery case on though, if that helps. How can I tell the MD5 sum?

Alright, heres the deal:

I recently bought a SL -5500 and wanted to put this nice looking build on it. I put the Opie image and renamed it and used the 40 24 zImage and renamed it accordingly. Now I loaded it on my CF card using my printer as a CF reader. I go through all the steps...works fine. Now when I go to boot up the system after I go through the steps it just sits there with the SHARP title in red and a blinking cursor in the bottom right hand screen. Please help me!! I don't know how to boot it up. Did I miss a step? Thanks in advance
