Hrw,
my internal CF returns the following info :
product info: "M-Systems", "CF500", ""
manfid: 0x000a, 0x0000
function: 4 (fixed disk)

I would have thought that your updated kernel (above) would have worked, given it's the same manfidm but I get the same error as before. Any chance you could have a look?
