Hi there. I am quite new to linux and trying to make socket bluetooth rev "H" card work with my sl-6000. I am getting the same errors as you were having.

You recommend to start hci_uart module and restart pcmcia. Can you please provide me information how to make these happen as I am complete newbie to linux.

Thanks

6000 - Tosa / Want To Make External Usb Drive Work On Z6000
« on: December 14, 2004, 12:30:03 pm »
Hello All. I am new to this forum. I just bought a z6000 from Amazon. It looks awesome. I have no experience with linux so I am asking this question to all of you.

I have this external enclosure which has 200GB hardrive. I use it for my laptop backups. I also bought the iRiver USB host cable by which I connected this drive to z6000. when i connect the usb drive to z6000; In the devices i can see a usb-storage device listed but in the file manager i cannot find any device for usb (the external enclosure is powered externally). do i have to mount this device or should it come automatically. if yes how can i mount it. does size of the drive matter. I have seen people on forums having sucess with archos 40gb drives. Any information will be highly appreciated...

Thanks to everyone....
ZAQ!
