A factory reset didn't solve the problem... 

Since it seems, that I have to send my Astro to Planet Computers, I ordered today a Google Pixel 7a. I'm not sure what to do with my Astro when it comes back (hopefully repaired)...

after installing the update I tapped "Reboot" and my Astro started immediately with wrong colors (see attachment). Several reboots didn't change this behavior. A screenshots send by Whatsapp looks normal.

A factory reset didn't solve the problem...

Unfortunately, my 4G Telekom SIM card works with my new Astro Slide only if I restrict the network type to 2G, that is, I get data speeds like 15 years ago, if I am lucky enough to be in an area that still has 2G coverage. 4G doesn't work: the Astro Slide manages to stay connected to the 4G network for a couple of seconds only, then disconnects, and the process repeats. It is totally unusable as a phone on 4G. Of course, mobile data is also unusable on 4G.

I installed yesterday evening the app "GSM Signal Monitor & SIM Info" https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=paskov.biz.noservice. Since this moment my mobile connection didn't switch anymore.

Astro Slide - Android / Mobile connection flipping

Hi,

the mobile connection on my Astro is flipping. Sometime I have connection, sometime not. My german SIM card is from Telekom. I tried first and second SIM slot. First slot seems to work better. After restarting the device I have a connection for several hours. Then the connection ist lost ("No SIM Card"). Second slot ist flipping every few minutes from connected to not connected and reverse.

That's annoying and the worst bug.

Astro Slide - Android / Cryptomator doesn't recognize fingerprint support

Hi,

just installed Cryptomator on my Astro. The app offers to open vaults by fingerprint if the device supports the fingerprint authentication. On my Cosmo it's working fine. On my Astro the fingerprint option is missing in the Cryptomator settings. I trained some fingerprints in the Android settings, but it seems, that Cryptomator doesn't recognize fingerprint support on Astro.

I opend an issue for Cryptomator: https://github.com/cryptomator/cryptomator/issues/2578
