Zaurus - pdaXrom / Pdax86 "make Image"
« on: April 11, 2005, 03:30:01 am »
Hi:
After I choose some ipkgs in pdaX86-"make menuconfig" , I run "make world", it compiled all the ipkgs and put them into /bootdisk/feed/. I want to know if I download all the ipkgs into that directory, and run "make image", will I get the initrd.bin which is used for rom?

Zaurus - pdaXrom / Help Me!
« on: April 04, 2005, 03:57:20 am »
I tried the "pdaXrom katrhin rc9 builder"--pdaXrom-builder-22.20_30.01.05.tar.bz2, some problems occured, and I found that there is not any configure file or patches files for me to make a linux distribution for my Zaurus SL-C7500.
I successfully installed a RC9.1 on my C7500, so I am sure that 9.1 works well for it. Could anyone give me a builder for RC9.1?

Zaurus - pdaXrom / How Did Pdaxrom Support Sharp Sl-7500c
« on: March 21, 2005, 10:14:06 pm »
Hi, Laze, Sash, and dear friends:
    You guys COOL!!
I am a Chinese student, I bought a SHARP SL-7500C a few days ago. Fortunately, badog asked you guys to help us install pdaXrom RC9.1 on SL-7500C.  Some said that SL-7500C is a Chinese version for SL-C750, I am very confused and interested in how you made pdaXrom RC9.0/9.1 support it.
I am desired to make SL-7500C support IPv6 and Mobile IPv6, and I think these modules should be selected when the new kernel is compiled, but I am a green hand to use pdaXrom builder. I downloaded the latest builder “pdaXrom-builder-22.20_30.01.05.tar.bz2”, after I chose Core System->Kernel->select flavour…..I could not find a kernel support SL-7500C. And could you please tell me how to add a kernel which supports ipv6/mobile ipv6 to build a new pdaXrom version?
Thanks a lot, and best regards!
