After installing Cacko my screen began to make a ''bleed'' effect downwards around like 12 pixels long copying the text and image under it. I tried OpenZaurus and to no avail the bleed continues. When the Zaurus boots there is no bleed, and in the ''debug menu'' (where you install new roms and such) there is no such bleed. Also when I had Cacko installed when the clock sprang up after around a few minutes of inactivity there was no such bleed present there either.

I have a C3000 and for some reason every SD card driver that I find online that makes the Zaurus support over 2gb (i have a gb card), work, ends up not working. I decided to just reflash with the only Cacko version that existed for the C3000 (the beta of 1.23) and it still does not detect my SD card. Can I install Arch on the HDD? I have a CF card that I used to install the beta but it only has 32 megabytes of storage. What do I do?

I am currently expecting a C3000 in the mail and I can't find good CF cards for Wifi for it. Do Wifi usb dongles do the job?
Thankyou in advance!

edit: I was also wondering if those SD Card + Wifi things work too.

The easiest way to find a second-hand Zaurus is on the Japanese Yahoo Auction site:

You’ll always find at least a couple of Zauruses on sale there, though you’ll have to bid them via an international relay, like Buyee in the above link, the Japanese sellers usually don’t ship overseas.  I have bought many Zauruses on Auction in the past, and I can recommend Buyee’s service. Prices range from 17$ (for an SL-C700) to 70$ (SL-C3200) including the relayer’s fees, shipping (at least to Europe) is roughly 35$ (you need to pay for both the shipping from the seller and the relayer, and from the relayer to you), and I roughly paid 17-23$ for the customs. You can cut the fees by choosing a Lite Plan (no insured delivery and package inspection upon arrival – I used them but I found they weren’t necessary, all the items I have ordered were in working order and not damaged), or by choosing a different relayer which allows you to declare the shipment’s value as 0 (e.g.

Wow! Thankyou very much Varti! I was about to make a very expensive purchase but you saved me! Thanks!

I am looking for any clam shell model, (preferably the easiest for you to let go, ((and the cheapest))). Please consider if you are looking at letting go any spares you have. I am located in Florida, if that's of any matter.

Thankyou in advance.
