1) Not at 640x480. I make my movies at 320x240 29fps, the best I've heard of is ~570x300 or so.
2) Yes. I've got a battery powered external 40gb HD that works beautifully. I've also got a USB CD-RW, from which I've both read and written cds.
3) Sorry, but no. Most anything more power-hungry than a CF type2 Microdrive is going to need external power.
4) Sure. There are even dev tools for doing GUI programming available. You've also got your choice of various Java's and scripting languages as well. (Including LAMP - Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
5) Depends on how raw you take your eggs.
6) Yes. I've got a USB Mouse, Keyboard, and various external USB drives all hooked up through a hub.
7) Lots of different wireless cards work. I use a linksys WCF-12

you don't understand, the c series remote is a four pole plug and thus requires a 4 pole socket to be recognised which the 6 series does not have...how many pole have the sl6000 ?

Any place to buy online the 6000L in USA? I have only found one in more than $830 and I think that is a lot more than what I am willing to pay.

I'm using VisualBoyAdvance w/ the fast kernel and libsdl from externe.net. It plays regular GB games at nearly full speed (I pretty much only play RPGs, so a little slowdown doesn't bug me) I don't recall having needed to do anything special to get it running or anything.i am using qtopia and the fast kernel i said not te be functionnal with qtopia....
I also have snes9x running no problem. Amazingly enough, it's even faster then VisualBoyAdvance. I followed the instructions on externe.net, (I think the special libsdl is the thing that really makes it work well) and it just works. Works well too, I might add.
