Mini Usb To Other Usb Device's
« on: February 21, 2005, 08:46:54 am »
Hi !
I was wondering if anyone has try'ed to use the mini usb plug on the c7xx to connect to other usb device's .  I have used it to have a usb tcpip connection to another PC with internet connection, but should it not be possible to us it to a usb wlan device or a usb bluetooth device?  If this is not possible is there anybody who can give some detail of which kind of plug it is and what it can be used for ?

Thank You!

USB connections are either host or clients.  The USB on older Zs (the 5x00 series and most clamshells) are only clients.  This means that those Zs are considered external peripheral devices.  You need to be a USB host (sl-c3000 and sl-6000) to attach external devices to it.
I'm now an iphone user and use my zaurii as serial terminals, perl and shell scripting and when I need 640x480 screens
