Netfont V3.1

I have a C3000, stock rom with Netfont v3.1 installed.

On some webpages it displays a square instead of " or ' and potentialoly other punctuation marks.

Any idea why? Yes it's converted from Japanese back to English and I don't have any squares anyplace else.

Missing fonts.  The web page uses fonts you don't have, so the chars show up as squares.
