3.5.3 On Collie: (partial) Irda Problem

I have just tried OZ 3.5.3 on 5500 (collie), before I only used Sharp ROM(s).
I encounter problem with IrDA. I can easily transfer contact/picture from my mobile Sony Ericsson T610 to Zaurus, but no luck in sending file from laptop running Windows XP. If 'Enable Discovery' is activated, Zaurus shown that it found my laptop but Windows XP did not show anything.
When using Sharp ROM, I could transfer stuff from and to Zaurus without problem.

I haven't had any success at all with IRDA on 3.5.3. Whatever I do, it comes up with a screen that says IRDA hasn't been started.
What did you do to get it even to the point of receiving from your phone?

Nothing special, I just tapped the irda applet, Enable Irda, Enable Discovery and Enable Receive, and then when I aligned my mobile and started to beam something (e.g. contact information), Zaurus detected it and received it.
