Flashed To Oz 3.53 And Can't Install Any Ipks

Have only used Sharp ROMS before - am trying Open Zaurus to use my new Sandisk Connect Plus card.
The package installer doesn't seem to install the packages correctly.  I tried something real simple like installing ZUC and I get an icon for ZUC but when I click on it nothing happens.

I tried to install Prism3-support to get my Connect Plus card to work but the install complains about needing hostap-utils so I try to install that but it complains that it can't form links or something and then quits.

The GOOD news is my Belkin card is recognized and lights up on insertion - the bad news is there is no browser and no email utility!  What's up with that??

I installed the 64-0 image and Opie version - on an SL-5500.

Try running it from the command line, perhaps it has a missing dep which is stoppping it from running.

Not enough room in the flash image (as the 5500 only has 16MB). You can use konq or Opera and opiemail (with a number?).
