Web Server On 3.5.3 (appweb? Boa?)
« on: May 25, 2005, 12:31:59 pm »
Hi,

Does anyone have a web server up and running on their Z?

I'm on 3.5.3 OZ/Opie, on an SL-5500.  I installed appWeb, but did
see a startup script.  I executed appWeb from a shell, and it states:

 default:1  m.0  Error: Can't access config file /usr/appWeb.conf

There is no appWeb.conf file anywhere on my machine.  I searched
the forum, "appweb" turned up nothing, and "boa" resulted in an
overwhelming amount of topics, that included "boa" in the words
keyboard, board, etc..

Anyway, this 3.5.3 is so great, I'm sticking with it, and need to get a
web server running.  Any advise is greatly apprectaied.  I have used
boa on the Sharp ROMS, but never tried another web server.

Thanks, John

I think boa is in OE (not sure if it's in the feed though - ask hrw if it's not) - I've had that running. Apache is also in there iirc.
