Just discovered this.
First off, I installed the Hentges ROM so my sd card is ext2 formatted and sometimes I would like to transfer an ipk or txt file to the z while I have my wireless card in, so this method works:
Establish a connection between the Z and Qtopia desktop, click on the "Documents" icon to the left on Qtopia's front page. Click on the upload button on the top menu bar - you browse to your file and then it will give you a choice of where to upload the file on the Z.
The file will then appear in your documents tab.
Well, I didn't know this and thought it might help someone else.
