Kernel With Source And Config That Works
« on: March 21, 2005, 03:49:21 pm »
Does anyone have a working kernel source and config file that will compile and boot a C3000? I've tried the kernel source off sharps site, as well as the tetsu source, but I don't seem to be able to pick the right options with framebuffer to have my Z show anything on the display. a link to kernel source with all the tetsu patches and a working config would be much appriciated.

Hi,

The default config for C3000 is arch/arm/def-configs/spitz-j in the kernel source tree.

BTW, Tetsu-san uses the config file that you can get from the URL below:

i put together a working chrooted image for natively compiling the kernel and drivers, if anyone is interested in it send me a msg and i'll find a way to get it to you, its about 50 megs as a .tar.gz

The main tetsu patches applied cleanly, but the keyboard repeat rate is messed up, haven't tried overclocking yet.
