I haven't seen a link in the forums to Sharp's source code distribution site, so please forgive me if this is old news... The following links contain the GPL source for various Sharp Zaurus ROMs and applications.  There's not too much available, but it does have some stuff for the new SL-C3100's as well as the older units:
