Hi!
I would like to get iwlist scanning working. I am currently using the default Sharp ROM on my C1000 and a ambicom WL1100C-CF wireless card. The version of wireless tools pre-installed does not support scanning so I cross compiled a newer version and this gave:
> ./iwlist wlan0 scanning
wlan0 Failed to read scan data : Function not implemented
I guess either the driver needs updating or kernel or both.
I was thinking of giving the Cacko ROM a try. Anyone know if this would solve the problem or could anyone recommend an easy fix?
