Hot To Bind Init Script To Hotplug Device

Hello,

I'd like to let the hotplug mechanis automatically execute the
/etc/rc.d/init.d/bluetooth start
command on insertion of the USB bluetooth dongle and respectively
/etc/rc.d/init.d/bluetooth stop
when I pull it out.

How can that be done?
