Archos Av340

Hi all,
I have just got hold of an Archos av340 which I discovered had belonged to an airline used as in-flight entertainment. It is pre-packed with hours of video but what I wanted was to be able to load my own files.

The question is how would I be able to get rid of all the files and restore the original operating system of the av340.
