Is There Any Hdd3 Image Available?

I'm thinking to recover the rom to Sharp rom, but I have lost the hdd3 content from last maintenance. Is there any hdd3 image available for downloading?

The hdd3 image usually contains just the dictionary for the C3000.  There is a copy of that on the CDs that came with it.
