How Do You Reinstall?

I'd like to reinstall OZ again, cleanly, over the current OZ install. How do you do this. The OK+on button combination doesn't seem to work once 3.4.5.1-r2 is installed. So what do I do? Reflash Sharp ROM and then reinstall OZ? Is that the only way?
