Help On Volume Level Please On Av500

Well i am the very proud owner of an Av500 having just bought it.  So far I am very impressed with the ease of video recording, picture and build quality.


One thing i have noticed though, after recording directy from the television / digibox, the external loud speaker volume on the Av500 when playing back the recording seems very low?

Does anybody know how to increase the volume or a way of recording so that playback is at a louder level ?
 

Also i have managed to get my greasy fingerprints all over the LCD screen.  Does anybody know best way to clean them off ?
(I am worried about scratching the screen)

When you are recording from the tv look at the bottom a little to the right and you will see the sound level.  If you press right on the keypad it should increase the level.  If you have it on the highest then I dont think there is anything you can do.

As for the screen, a lense cleaning cloth should work alright.  The screen on the AV500 does not scratch too easily.  I used to own a Mpack p800 and that scratched all the time but so far the av500 has not scratched for me.
