As you can tell from the title of this topic, i have just figured out that all of my PSP chargers work with my AV500.
I have an iGo multipurpose charger for my notebook computer. These chargers will allow you to simultaneously charge portable mobile devices. So I decided to see if they had a tip that would allow me to charge my AV500. I did a search on the iGo website for the AV500, and the tip it showed me was for the PSP. My curiousity was peeked.
So I pulled out my PSP chargers and compared them to charger that came with the AV500, and sure enough everything (voltages, etc) matched up. I then plugged in the PSP charger and hooked it up to the AV500. Everything worked great!
I will admit that this isn't something to get overly excited about. But, I am very happy that i do not have to buy additional chargers for my new AV500 now. My PSP wall and car chargers work great. I also have a Pelican Power Brick (

I guess that this will help some of you out as it makes a whole line of chargers readily accessable. All you have to do is go out to your local electronics store or toys r us, and pick up a charger.
Hope this helps some of you
