Is there a version of Cacko that runs on the sl6000 and if so does wifi work out of the box ?

no. your best bet for a sharp based 6000 is to upgrade to tetsu's kernel for the 6000 and follow meanie's customizations (keeping in mind you have a 6k) on the sharp rom. with some patience you end up with a good setup. You'll probably have to play with libs a little (sdl versions can be annoting), though
