6000 Hardware Hacks?
« on: April 05, 2004, 03:25:30 pm »
I know this may be a bit premature, as the 6000 just came out in the US but.......

1) Someone posted a benchmark test of 5600 vs 6000. The 6k outpaced the 5600 in standard mode but fell behind an \"enhanced\" overclocked 5600. Can the 6k be overclocked as well? I\'d like to see the benchmark of that.

2) Any hardware hackers try to upgrade the internal ram/flash on the 6k? I\'d love a 6kW with 256/256.

Not really 6000-related, but I\'m currently in the process of evaluating a possibility of staffing a CSR BlueCore2 bluetooth module into my trusty Psion 5mx running, of course, linux. Would be interested in any info on projects of such kind...
